How soon can you get started?
A web design and build project can last around 8-10 weeks. But there are always ways to consider your business objectives (such as phased launches), so even if your timescales don’t work with this, it’s always worth reaching out.

How soon can you get started?
For websites we build, the maintenance starts as soon as the project is finished. If you have a website that’s already built that you need maintained, however, we’ll set everything up within 5 business days.
Are there any long-term commitments I can't get out of?
No. we want you to stay with us because you choose to and because it’s the best option for you. Should you, for any reason, change your mind, we’ll help you migrate to a new host and set things up at no extra charge, in a maximum of 5 business days.
Are there any extra or hidden fees?
When it comes to money, we don’t like surprises, and we know you don’t either. Besides VAT, no fee will ever be charged without first being discussed and agreed to, and migrating your website at the start or end of your maintenance plan will be free of charge.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. Since your website is using resources and software that we need to purchase the minute we start maintaining it, and because there’s quite some work involved, we can’t offer refunds on any of my maintenance plans. You can cancel any time, however, and you’ll have access to everything included in your plan until it runs out.
Do I need to pay for a maintenance plan if you build my website?
No. While we strongly recommend you stick with us because we know your website in and out, you can, of course, refuse the service. However, some sort of maintenance is a must. You will have to purchase all of the necessary software if you wish to keep your website functioning at its best. You’ll also need to make sure you regularly update, clean, monitor and backup your website to avoid problems moving forward.
Do I have to use your hosting?
No. You are completely free to use any hosting you wish to, although if you sign up for our maintenance package plans, great hosting is included and we recommend sticking to that one because it’s fast, cost efficient and reliable. If the hosting you intend to use isn’t good for your needs, We’ll let you know – but at the end of the day, it’s your decision and we’ll do our best to properly advise you about it!
What if I decide to cancel my plan?
We understand things change and we only want the best for our clients. If you decide to cancel your plan, we will help you migrate your website to your new host and set everything up at no extra charge, within 5 business days. You’ll lose access to the premium plugins, perks and tools my maintenance plans offer, and to access them, you’ll have to purchase them all yourself. If you don’t purchase them, don’t worry, your website won’t just crash and disappear – however, you won’t be able to update it or use some of the features, which will likely cause issues in the future.
When do you start seeing results from SEO?
Like much else in SEO, this depends on several factors. But in our experience it takes 4-6 months to see results depending on budget and competition. In some cases it can take up to a year.

How do you report results?
